1. Booking Process

• Booking Enquiry: Your request is an inquiry only and does not create a contract.

• Confirmation: Your booking is officially confirmed once you receive our email with a booking confirmation and payment request.

• Invoice: We will send your final invoice two days before your guided tour begins.

2. Hotel

Para42 acts solely as an agent for the hotel and does not handle hotel payments.

3. Travel and Cancellation Insurance

We strongly recommend taking out travel and cancellation insurance.

4. Cancellations

a. By Para42

If Para42 must cancel a regular guiding day on Tenerife due to bad weather, you will be refunded the full price for that day. This policy does not apply to special tours or courses.

b. By You

• Right of Withdrawal: As a consumer, you have the legal right to cancel the contract without a reason within two weeks of receiving your booking confirmation.

• Exceptions: This 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to bookings made less than 14 days before the tour begins. In this case, rebooking is also not possible.

• How to Cancel: To cancel, you must send a written notice via email to info@para42.com.

• Cancellation Fees: A cancellation fee will be charged based on when we receive your written notice:

  • More than 4 weeks before: €50 processing fee

  • 4 weeks to 2 days before: 50% of the tour price

  • Less than 2 days before or no-show: 100% of the tour price
